1. Files and input used in tools
In tools marked “On-device”, the files you select and the text you enter are processed only inside your browser and are never sent to our servers. Results are generated in your browser and discarded when you close the page.
If a tool needs server processing or network lookups, we state this — together with how long data is kept and how it is deleted — before you use it. We do not keep ordinary processing files long-term.
2. Information collected automatically (access logs and error reports)
To operate the service reliably and prevent abuse, we record the following in server logs:
- Access time, requested URL (query strings may be removed) and HTTP status
- IP address and browser type (User-Agent)
- Technical details when a problem occurs (error type, page, tool and browser name). File contents and your input are never included.
3. Log retention
Server logs are stored per day and automatically deleted after 30 days.
4. Contact form data
Your name, email address and message sent through the contact form are used only to reply to you, investigate problems and improve the service.
Messages are delivered to the operator through the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS). We do not share them with any other third party unless required by law.
5. Cookies and advertising
This site uses Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info.
We use a minimal number of cookies and browser storage for site features such as remembering your language.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to improve the service. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data that does not identify you personally.
Our analytics only handle statistics such as tool usage counts, success rates, processing time, file type/size ranges and site-search terms (up to 60 characters), the ID of the tool used, tool-to-tool hand-offs (tool IDs only), whether you used a tool before, and error types (codes only). We never send file contents, text you enter or file names.
7. Security
We protect collected information with measures such as HTTPS encryption, excluding secrets from logs, and access restrictions.
8. Access, correction and deletion
To request access to, correction of or deletion of information we hold about you, please use the contact form. After verifying your identity, we will respond promptly within a reasonable scope.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or in our services. Significant changes will be announced on this site.
