1. The service
We provide online tools for converting, editing and inspecting files free of charge. No account is needed and normal use has no usage caps. We may apply technical limits (file size, processing time, request rate, etc.) to protect the system.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- Violate any law or public order, or engage in criminal activity
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other rights of others
- Remove protection from files you have no rights to, or circumvent DRM or other access controls
- Place excessive load on, attack or attempt unauthorized access to our or third parties’ servers and networks
- Access the site in bulk by automated means or interfere with its operation
- Do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate
3. Your data
You retain all rights to the files and input you process. You may only process data you have the right to use. For on-device tools, we do not receive the content of your data.
4. Disclaimer
We strive for high quality but make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of results. Always keep your original files when processing important data.
Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this site.
We are not responsible for the content of external links or advertisements shown on this site.
5. Changes and suspension
We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool without prior notice. If a security problem is found, the affected tool may be stopped immediately.
6. Intellectual property
Rights to the design, text, logos and programs of this site belong to us or their rightful owners.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this site.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
