It signals when done
In “Timer”, type a time such as “1:30”, “90s” or “1 min 30 sec” and press “Start”. A bare number such as “5” means 5 minutes.
Press one of the common times (1, 3, 5, 10, 15 or 30 min) to add a timer with that time to the list. Up to 12 timers can run at once.
In “Stopwatch”, press “Start” and then “Lap” to record each split. “Copy laps” copies the list (number, split and total) so you can paste it elsewhere.
In “Pomodoro”, set the length of work, short and long breaks, and how many work sessions come before a long break. Turn on “Start the next phase automatically” to run them back to back.
When a timer ends, a sound plays and the screen flashes. Press “Allow notifications” to be told by a notification even while you use another app.
What it does
Several timers at once
Run up to 12 timers with different times, and start, pause, resume or reset each one. Give them names so you can see which one has ended.
Correct time in a background tab
The time left is calculated from the moment the timer started and the current time. If the browser delays the one-second display update while the tab is in the background, the correct time left appears when you come back. The stopwatch works the same way.
Sound, flash and notification when done
Choose a beep, a chime or a bell, and set the volume. Sounds are generated with Web Audio, so no audio file is loaded. The screen flash can be turned off, and notification permission is requested only when you press “Allow notifications”.
Stopwatch with laps
The stopwatch shows 1/100 second. Each lap shows its own split and the running total in a list that you can copy and paste into a spreadsheet or a note (up to 200 laps).
Pomodoro cycles you can set
Set the length of work, short-break and long-break phases, and the number of work sessions before a long break. The defaults are 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of short break (the classic Pomodoro Technique pair), and a 20-minute long break after every four sessions (a commonly used value).
Settings stay on this device
Sound, volume, the flash and Pomodoro settings are saved in this browser. Timer times and names are not saved or uploaded. Space starts and stops the timer from the keyboard, and full-screen display is supported.
Use cases
- Time boiled eggs or tea steeping in the middle of cooking
- Give each speaker in a meeting a timer of their own
- Focus with Pomodoro cycles of 25 minutes of work and 5 minutes of rest
- Record race times with the stopwatch and compare the splits between laps
- Show a large full-screen clock on a classroom or event screen

Limits & notes
- Timers run from 1 second to 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds. Up to 12 can run at once.
- A bare number is read as minutes. Forms such as “1:90”, where the minutes or seconds exceed 59, are not accepted.
- The stopwatch shows 1/100 second. Up to 200 laps are recorded.
- Pomodoro work is 1–180 minutes, short breaks 1–60, long breaks 1–120, and sessions before a long break 2–8.
- Closing the tab or the browser stops any running timer, and its sound will not play.
- How time is handled when the computer goes to sleep depends on the device and browser.
- When the system “reduce motion” setting is on, the screen does not flash.
- Works on phones (checked at 390 px wide). A larger screen is easier to read from a distance in full-screen mode.
Privacy & safety
Timer times, names and laps are not sent to a server and are not saved; they are cleared when you leave the page. Only the sound, volume, flash and Pomodoro settings are saved, in this browser (localStorage). Entered values are not included in analytics.
