How to use
- schedule.icscontacts.vcf
Add .ics or .vcf files
- schedule.csvUTF-8 or Shift_JIScontacts.csv
Convert to CSV (pick the encoding)
- schedule.xlsxschedule.icscontacts.vcf
Save as Excel, ICS or VCF
Choose “Read ICS”, “Create ICS”, “Read VCF” or “Create VCF” with the tabs. “Try a sample” fills in an example so you can see the screen at once.
To read, drop a file, choose it with “Choose files” (several VCF files are fine) or paste the contents. ICS shows a list and a month view; VCF shows a list, search and possible duplicates.
To convert, pick the CSV layout (standard or Google Calendar for ICS; plain headers, Google Contacts or Outlook for VCF) and the encoding, then save as CSV, Excel or VCF.
To create, enter events in the form (add as many as you like) or load a CSV to add many at once, then save the .ics. For contacts, load a CSV and save the .vcf.
Import the saved .ics or .vcf in Google Calendar, Outlook, iPhone or Android contacts and calendar.
What it does
ICS: repeats, all-day, time zones and tasks
Reads several events (VEVENT) and tasks (VTODO) with ical.js and expands repeats (RRULE, with EXDATE exclusions) up to 1000 occurrences per item into the list and month view. Times are shown as written in the file, not converted.
VCF: old formats and encodings
Reads vCard 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0, many contacts per file, Shift_JIS, EUC-JP and UTF-8 files, quoted-printable, BASE64 or data: photos, folded lines and the \n, \, and ; escapes.
To CSV and Excel
ICS: the standard layout with every field, or Google Calendar’s. VCF: plain headers, Google Contacts or Outlook column names. Values that start with characters a spreadsheet could read as a formula are neutralised.
Create .ics from a form or CSV
Enter title, date and time, all-day, location, repeat and reminder. Time zone defaults to Asia/Tokyo (with a VTIMEZONE); UTC and “no time zone” are available. Many events can be added from a CSV.
Duplicate contact detection
Contacts with the same phone number (+81 read as 0), email, or name (ignoring spaces and full/half-width) are grouped, and you can save keeping only the first of each group.
Nothing leaves your device
Reading, display, conversion and creation all happen in your browser. Events and contacts are never sent; usage statistics contain only counts and the kind of action.
Use cases
- Check the contents of an .ics invitation before importing it
- List calendar events in Excel, with repeats expanded to one row each
- Write a company schedule in CSV and turn it into an .ics for everyone’s calendar
- Fix garbled names in a .vcf exported from an old Japanese phone (Shift_JIS, quoted-printable) and turn it into CSV
- Move contacts between Google Contacts and Outlook
- Find and clean up duplicate contacts

Limits & notes
- ICS up to 10 MB and 5000 items; VCF up to 20 MB per file and 10000 contacts.
- Repeats are expanded up to 1000 per item and 20000 in total; anything beyond is not listed.
- Only JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP photos are shown (up to 5 MB each).
- Attendees, attachments and alarm details of ICS are not shown or exported. Exceptions to a repeat (RECURRENCE-ID) appear as separate items.
- CSV output covers the main fields of Google Contacts and Outlook; it does not reproduce every column.
- It works on phones too. For files with many events or contacts, a PC is recommended.
Privacy & safety
Reading, parsing, conversion and creation all happen in your browser. Your events and contacts are never sent to or stored on a server. Usage statistics use only counts and the kind of action — never file names or contents.
