How to use
Choose “QR code”, “Barcode” or “Batch”.
For QR, pick a type — URL, text, Wi-Fi, contact, email, SMS, phone, location or event — and fill in the fields. The preview updates as you type.
Adjust error correction, quiet zone and colours, and optionally add a centre logo. Check capacity (version, modules, usage) and colour warnings.
For barcodes, pick a symbology and enter the data. Check digits are calculated or verified, and the correct value is shown if one is wrong.
Download PNG (256–2048 px) or SVG. In “Batch”, enter one item per line and save them all as a ZIP.
What it does
Nine QR templates
URL, text, Wi-Fi (WPA / WEP / open, hidden networks), contact (vCard 3.0), email, SMS, phone, location and event (iCalendar), encoded in the standard formats with proper escaping.
Capacity and scannability at a glance
QR version (1–40), module count, error correction and usage are always shown. Low contrast and inverted colours (light code on dark background) are flagged because they often fail to scan.
Check digits calculated and verified
EAN-13/JAN, EAN-8, UPC-A, UPC-E and ITF-14 get their check digit calculated when missing, or verified with the correct value shown. Invalid Code 39 characters and non-ASCII Code 128 input are pointed out immediately.
Logo QR and high-resolution output
Adding a centre logo locks error correction to H (30%) and warns when the logo exceeds 20%. PNG goes up to 2048 px; SVG scales infinitely for print.
One code per line, in bulk
Paste a list of URLs or product codes to create up to 1,000 codes as a PNG/SVG ZIP. Lines that can’t be encoded are listed with their line number and reason.

Limits & notes
- A QR code holds at most 2,953 bytes (error correction L). Non-ASCII characters take 2–4 bytes each.
- Adding a logo locks error correction to H (30%), which reduces capacity.
- Batch creation is limited to 1,000 codes at a time.
- EAN/JAN company prefixes must be registered with GS1. This tool only draws the code; it cannot check whether a number is registered.
- The barcode engine (bwip-js) is downloaded the first time you create a barcode.
Privacy & safety
QR codes and barcodes are generated entirely in your browser. URLs, Wi-Fi passwords and contact details are never sent to or stored on a server, and scans are not tracked.
