Save one by one or as a ZIP
Drop photos or use “Choose files” (multiple files supported). “Try a sample” loads demo photos.
See the main EXIF (camera, settings, date, GPS), IPTC and XMP items of each photo, plus a searchable list of every tag.
Enter what to write: author, copyright, title, description, keywords, GPS (delete it or enter latitude/longitude), orientation, and deleting camera or software names. Empty fields are left alone.
Check the “Changes” list, then press “Rewrite”. The same values are applied to every JPEG.
Save photos one by one or as a ZIP.
What it does
Rewrites without re-compressing
Image data is never touched; only the EXIF, XMP and IPTC areas change. Each output is checked: the image data (compressed data, tables, frame info) must match the input and the new values must read back, otherwise nothing is produced.
Writes all three places consistently
Author, copyright and description go to EXIF; title, description and keywords also go to XMP and IPTC with the same content, so apps do not show different values depending on which store they read.
Delete GPS or set it by number
Deleting GPS removes the standard EXIF and XMP location and overwrites the old bytes with zeros (vendor-specific data, thumbnails and IPTC place names are not covered). To change it, type latitude and longitude (optional altitude). No map or network is used.
Other tags stay intact
Tags you do not change are kept as they are. Replaced values are zero-filled so the old value does not stay behind, and only when a size changes is the affected EXIF directory rebuilt at the end of the block.
Search every tag
EXIF, GPS, XMP and IPTC tags are listed by type and can be filtered by name or value. PNG, WebP and HEIC can be viewed too (only JPEG can be rewritten).
Use cases
- Embed a copyright notice and author name in photos you publish
- Delete GPS that reveals your home or location before sharing
- Give a photo without GPS the latitude and longitude of where it was taken
- Add titles, descriptions and keywords in bulk so photo managers can find them
- Remove camera and lens serial numbers before publishing

Limits & notes
- Up to 100 MB per file and 100 files per batch. Phones and tablets can view and rewrite too, but handling many photos at once is more reliable on a PC.
- Only JPEG can be rewritten. HEIC, PNG and WebP are view-only.
- The values you enter are written identically to every selected JPEG (no per-photo values).
- Up to 1000 characters per field; keywords up to 100 items of 64 characters. Each block (EXIF, XMP, IPTC) is limited to 64 KB, and a file that does not fit is refused instead of being rewritten.
- If a file’s IPTC uses a legacy character set, new non-ASCII values are not written to IPTC (EXIF and XMP are written).
- Files with damaged EXIF/XMP, and multi-picture (MPF) files whose metadata sits after the index, are refused for safety.
- Setting a new GPS position also removes the old GPS in XMP and the old position’s companion EXIF GPS tags (direction, destination, area name…). IPTC place names (city, country…) are not changed.
Privacy & safety
Reading, analysing, rewriting and zipping all happen inside your browser. Photos and the authors or locations you type are never sent to or stored on a server, and file names and contents are not included in analytics.

Photo Date & Time Fixer
Shift the date taken (EXIF) of many photos at once or set them to a date you choose. Image data is never touched — only the date tags are rewritten — so quality stays the same. Everything runs in your browser.
EXIF & GPS Remover
Remove the location (GPS), camera details and timestamps embedded in your photos without touching image quality. Inspect what was inside and verify the result — all in your browser.
Share Safe
Before you hand a file over, see what is hiding in it — listed per file with severity — and get a safe copy with everything removable removed. The copy is re-checked afterwards, and whatever is left comes with manual steps. Files are never uploaded.
Image Compressor
Drop images to shrink them in bulk while keeping them sharp. Convert to WebP or AVIF, resize, and compare before and after. Your images are never uploaded.
Duplicate Similar Images
Load a photo folder and identical images and near-identical photos are grouped, with one image per group recommended to keep and the reason shown. Nothing is uploaded, and your original files are never deleted or changed.
Image Compare
Check how two images differ with a slider, blink or difference view, plus numbers for differing pixels, PSNR, SSIM and file size. The images are compared in your browser and never uploaded.
