Add arrows, numbers and mosaics
- screenshot.pngBorder, rounded, shadowClipboardCopied as PNG
Save, or copy to the clipboard
Drop the screenshot, or open it with "Choose file". You can also press Ctrl+V (⌘V on Mac) on the page or use "Paste from clipboard". "Try a sample" shows how it works.
Pick arrow, rectangle, ellipse, line, pen, text, number or highlight from the toolbar and drag on the image. Select to move, resize or delete; undo and redo are available.
Hide private areas with Mosaic, Blur or Cover. For text, numbers and faces, Cover (solid fill) is the safest.
Crop if needed, and set margin, border, rounded corners and shadow.
Choose PNG, JPEG or WebP and save, or copy the result to the clipboard.
What it does
11 annotation types with auto-numbering
Arrow, line, rectangle, ellipse, pen, text (with background), number and highlight, plus mosaic, blur and cover. Numbers are assigned 1, 2, 3… automatically; pick color, width and text size.
Hidden areas replace the actual pixels
Mosaic, blur and cover rewrite the pixels of the exported image rather than just sitting on top, so the pixels underneath cannot be recovered from the saved file. Weak blur or small mosaic blocks can still leave text readable, so use Cover for text.
Select, move, resize and undo
Pick an annotation from the list or by clicking, drag to move, use handles to resize, Delete to remove. Arrow keys nudge it and Ctrl+Z undoes up to 100 steps.
A look that suits sharing
Crop, then add a margin (up to 200 px), border, rounded corners and a shadow.
No camera data in the export
The image is redrawn when saved, so EXIF and other metadata from the original are not included. Nothing is sent off your device.
Use cases
- Add arrows and numbered steps to a screenshot for a bug report or manual
- Hide an e-mail address, name or ID in a screenshot before sharing it
- Crop part of the screen and add margin and a shadow for a document
- Annotate a screenshot in the browser without installing software

Limits & notes
- Images up to 25 million pixels and 50 MB. Animated images cannot be opened.
- Up to 500 annotations, 300 characters per text and 100 undo steps.
- Exports are limited to 16,384 px per side and 40 million pixels (margin included).
- Large images are shown smaller on screen, but the export uses the original resolution.
- Phones and tablets can add notes and hiding and save too, but precise area selection and checking small text are more reliable on a PC.
Privacy & safety
Loading, editing and exporting all happen in this browser; the image is never sent to a server. Usage measurement covers only counts, how the image was loaded and the export format — no file names or image contents.

Image Editor
Annotate a screenshot or photo, reliably hide what must not be seen, tune the colours (black-and-white included) and export — on one screen. Made for how-to guides, bug reports and social posts. Your image is never uploaded and exports carry no metadata.
EXIF & GPS Remover
Remove the location (GPS), camera details and timestamps embedded in your photos without touching image quality. Inspect what was inside and verify the result — all in your browser.
Share Safe
Before you hand a file over, see what is hiding in it — listed per file with severity — and get a safe copy with everything removable removed. The copy is re-checked afterwards, and whatever is left comes with manual steps. Files are never uploaded.
Crop, Pad & Canvas
Drag to crop, then rotate, straighten and add padding on one screen. Export straight to the recommended X header or Instagram size. Your image is never uploaded.
Batch Image Resizer
Resizing is free: drop a batch of images and resize them by width, longest edge, box crop and more. To change pixel dimensions, type the width or long edge in px. Make several sizes (say 320, 640 and 1280) from each image in one go, then copy ready-made srcset HTML. Your images are never uploaded.
Image Merge & Contact Sheet
Put your images in order and merge them into one picture: stacked, side by side, in a grid or as a contact sheet. The output size is shown before you create it, and images never leave your device.
